hey guys i have a questions about my engine

hi i have a 2000 celi gt wtih 80000 miles i was wonderign if it was ok to put one of these http://i18.ebayimg.com/03/i/02/6a/a2/ae_1_b.JPG in the motor at my oli change its due for some engine cleaing also i also have a really rough idle start all the time what could it be thanks ;)

Don't put that in.
Rough idle... probably MAF needs cleaning or IACV is dirty.

you can find seafoam about anywhere..autozone, advance, walmart..probably convenient stores..i found it at hardware stores too
