Renegging on a deal is not a scam, just a bad business practice. Same goes for using someone else's Paypal account.

For the record, the IP of his first trader rater does not match his. I know this doesn't mean anything, but the account wasn't created on his own computer at least.

Let's keep this civilized here.

I cant say that this guy is a scammer. But hes a hugeee liar non the less. Told me he was interested in my part for $250..then offered me a camera instead. Then saw a post fromt he past where i bought a custom box, he wanted to offer me a bowflex. He claims this and that and its not true. I have confronted him 2 or 3 times about his first trader rating and he just ignores it..hes got nothing to say about it.

He post up three pics of "himself". pictures are a black guy. I saw his reflection in the rim when he took pics of the rim..and his face pic on his aol instant messenger. Hes not even black. He might be new and hes all over the threads and doing fishy business. Hes not necessarily a scammer.....but he is a huge liar and has a wierd way of business. Same here also. I was interested in his laptop that he was selling. I told him that only method of trade that I am willing to do is C.O.D. He wouldn't do it. He goes on how he is not willing to ship his item first without receiving payment first. I told him it a guarantee trade. Then he goes on how he bought an intake and pay first, how he bought a hood and pay for it first, how he sold his rims and got paid first. Then he goes with this story "You can't do C.O.D when you buy something from bestbuy.com". Then he said he expect to be pay first before shipping his item out. WOW so remember how i said he was gunna buy my lambos. i started by saying 350 + shipping. he said ok, then i got an offer of 425+ shipping. He said that he would give me 450+ shipping and gave me 100 to hold it for him. So we made the deal and all was good. So today he says "hey my friends wifes paypal is messed up so i cant paypal the rest blah blah blah and says he wants to video tape him sending the money. i said no, do a money order. so he agrees. Well today i got a paypal thing that says his account was accessed unauthorized and it was going to be looked into for fraud yadda yadda....good thing is..when i noticed it was him when he paid me...i automatically sent the money to my bank account. whats up with this guy? i think he sent the money..and filed that claim trying to get something free or something. can this guy do anything honest? he was wanting to buy this guys 350z off here with paypal..for 32k..he hasn't looked at the car or nothing..he saw it on the thread and wanted to buy it..as easy as that. hope i dont get screwed over in this whole crap, wether its $30 dollars or not

Yup, every time you log in, your IP address is logged. You're not supposed to have more than one account, so having one IP address on two accounts can get you banned.

Said that she saw the $30 sent from her paypal and filed it with paypal because she didn't know what it was for. There are tons of naive members willing to accept any sob story or forgive any past transgressions. This guy is a scammer. That's what he does on various different sites, whether it's using stolen credit cards or unauthorized paypal accounts.

But we can't police everyone on here no matter how hard we try. If people know he's re-registered, you can let us know. If not, what can I say? If people want to be ripped off by a scammer, do it. If people want to help out a known scammer, do it. You never know. Maybe he's changed his ways...or maybe..just maybe..you're just getting scammed or taking part in a scam. Enjoy.
