I can't get that dash kit to work!!!

alright that dash kit w/o the hole in the bottom for cds. the one that looks just like the center console.

you're supposed to use the stock radio brackets and mount them to the single din cd player right? well uh, it won't mount to the stock cd player. the holes don't line up right at all.

even after which i still haven't figured where to drill into it to mount the face to the brackets.

this SUCKS.

Mine went in without any problems at all. Actually, it did say to clip one of the tabs that clearly was needed to install it. You shouldn't have to drill anything. Btw...what kind of kit did you buy? Mine was by Metra, got it at Circuit City.

i'm talking about the silver one that matches the dash, the one that you get here on the board for 60$. larryd had it and there's pic of it in the installs section. too bad no install.
