Debating whether to go 225/40/18's or 215/45/17's. I really want the 17's but I would like to see how much it fills in the wheel well. Or else Id have to go with the 18's. Please post pixs. I checked in the gallery but I couldnt figure out all the specs. Thanks.

darkduwende: maaannn that r2 bumper is low.. ive heard its really impractical but I didnt realize it was that low. do you like it? how long have you had your springs? they sit a bit lower than mine, however, I haven't had mine too long.. ;)

Don't worry about the 35 profile. Most tires you buy in that size are reinforced. Just avoid the car swallowing holes and you'll be fine.

The springs have been on for about 15 months. I really like the R2 bumper - it is really low and it took some getting used to. The 18's helped with the clearance a bit tho. :)

Yeah i could, but i swap the rims back to the 16's for the winter. I live in a place where having a hooked up ride is difficult b/c of snow and really crappy roads. Since i'm on the topic, what do you other people who live in a wintery place do w/ your rims? Swap the rims or store the car?

BTW, here's my rims:) 18 in Velox VX-Ks wrapped in 215/40 yokohama parada spec-2
