I just ordered my set of rims from AFS motorsports, guy name Shawn. I called him and he gave me a good deal plus an exceptional customer service. He is very prompt returning my PM and others. I give him :thumbup: for now and will re evaluate again once I receive my items next week.

Note: For you fella celica owners looking for rims, go to sales forum and find AFS motorsports rim sale thread. It is pretty good deal IMO.. :D

Finally,

I am giving you guys more updates on AFS.


I still haven't got my rims but I am gonna give feedbacks to their efforts so far. I've placed an order with them back in late May for some 17" rims. I came across couple of problems with the 17" being not in stock and being on back order for sometime. Shawn from AFS kept up with his efficient and fast paced customer service. He took more initiatives than any other companies that I have dealt with to go beyond. He answered my PM in timely manner as well as my phone calls. He was trying to make up for his distributor's mistakes as well as his own. The deal with 17" weren't gonna work and being a courteous guy Shawn is, he offered me a unbeatable 18" deal. I also ran into problems with 18" but Shawn took care of it very fast. Rims are on its way home to me..ehehhehehe Moral to my story is that those who wait, good things come along. I did get a real good a$$ deal on 18" but I can't not disclose the details.

Bottom line,

Shawn did provide excellent customer service and he showed that he wants our business without a doubt. Even though we ran into some trouble along the way, those are bound to happen when you deal with retailers. Do business with AFS and you will not be dissappointed. Shawn is the guy you want from AFS.

I will post pix as soon as I get my rims. I got 18" VX-SCYTHE in gun metals.
