If the only reason you want to sell it is so you can have a silver Celi, why don't you just have your car painted? It would be alot less hassle, and cheaper too.

I haven't really met everyone on the forum, so who exactly is Dan's girl? Can you have her e-mail me or something?

Also, it's hard to paint inside the engine bay. Plus it wouldn't be that expensive to sell the car and buy another, b/c I know a guy who owns a wholesale car shop. So, the only tax that has to be paid is the difference between what he gets the car for and what he sells it for. So it wouldn't be that much tax.

And what is the going rate for a nice paint job these days? Like a quality one, including in the engine bay?

Actually, I was very interested. If you are interested, i'll trade my silver auto GTS straight up for your 6-speed GTS. And I gotta bunch of parts on my car.

So does anyone else know about the cost of a nice paint job? Also, I haven't looked at my car, but are your engine bays the color of your car, or are they just black? B/c if they all are just black, I just paint the car later on.

Engine bay's are the color of your car. Just without the clearcoat. A good paint job will probably run you around 2,500-4,000. Depending on where you go.
