where is the masf sensor ..........so i can clean.....

Pop the hood. Look at the right side and you'll see a large black rubber tube (intake tube) with a 90 degree bend in it. One end will go into the throttle body and the engine, the other will go to a large black rectangular box near the bumper (the airbox). The MAFS is located on the airbox right in front of the intake tube. It's a black plastic square with 2 screws in it at opposite corners.

Hey BLue...how do you clean those MAF's?

Just wipe it with a Q-tip. Clean the wire with the amber bulb and the two resistors in the hole opposite of the wire. You don't need to push hard because the dirt will easily come right off.

be extremely careful while cleaning it!!!!!.....ask IceManFX, he just tried cleaning his and broke off one of the resistors. Take a good look at it in the light, and you'll see how delicate it is.
