Here some pics of the full replacement pillar from TRD-GT. Fit was perfect. I had it painted spec blue. I dont kno how to post pics so if anyone wants to tell me how or host them for me..btw here is the link...there are 3 pics

thanks ben....was wonderin what was wrong...and yes thats the pillar from trd-gt. the only problem with them was that the holes didnt fit the gauges. BUt some sanding took care of that problem..overall i'm very happy with the finished item

I got these same pods also. I was wonder what you use to install them? When I got mine. It had a screw on the top part of the gauge. It seem from the pic it doesn't have one on. Let me know.

he used velcro from the inside...which is a better way to do it and it looks cleaner...i will have mine like that too

Dayum, looks awesome, nice pics too, what kind of digital camera do you have? Man as soon as I get money, im gonna buy my pod from TRD-GT :)

the pod originally had a screw drilled into it which i didnt like so i had my shop fill it. The pod is being held up by velcro and double sided tape.

its hard almost impossible to do the clip thing with fiberglass, so it was decided to use a screw...or in this case velcro....

Does it match the interior color well??

What is that thing about the A/F ratio guage.... I dont see it on the pics on the table..... little black knobby thing.....

also, if clips were used with fiberglass, they might break off or become worn, my stock side pillar clips are worn b/c i took it on and off so much trying to figure out how to screw in my fire extinguisher mount on the passenger pillar and still use the clips to hold it on....after that, it was kinda of lose and had a bad fit b/c of the weight of the extinguisher, and it was sqweeking so i ended up using some double sided tape to reinforce the fit and to hold it, now no more squeekes, just hope i dont need to take it off for a while, peace, Tim
