Not sure if you're asking me:
Mine is Erie Insurance. Remember that you're 20 and I'm 30. There's a big difference there. I also have 3 vehicles covered and the truck is a "pleasure vehicle". That means a lower rate because it isn't driven daily. I also have my homeowner's with them so I get a multi-policy discount.
But Erie is one of the cheapest out there is you can get them.

Mine full coverage is $714.40 a year, and it is daily driven vehicle. I am over 30 and with multiple coverage with Farmers Insurance.

Keep in mind that how much you pay somewhat depends on your location also.

im with prudential. i live in a good area though but that only helps a little. tell them you keep it in your garage all the time. that helps out and if you can get under your parents company but under your own name still that will always help cuase a couple people in your household are with the same company.
i just got lucky cause i used to pay 2400 for 6 months and then i got traded by my broker to prudential. somehow i am cheap as hell i dont know howi did it.

I am 19, I have had 3 tickets with 1 6month suspension... Local insurance under my dad's company... I pay for the insurance but its at 450/year.... Hell if I don't have to pay a **** load on insurance I might as well milk it for what it's worth for now

Well i work for American Family Insurance, and its not that way out of line on what you guys are paying. First of all, a GTS is gonna cost you about $50 bucks more a month than a GT would. Also a GTS can never be moved the "preferred" ratings because of the type of car it is (sports=fast). Tickets stay on your insurance record for 3 years for minor violations, like speeding ect... and 5 years for major violations such as DWI, reckless driving, and felonies. If you live in a big city then you will also be paying more that if you live in the burbs. And one more thing, there are such discounts as Good Student, Multi Vehichle, air bag, and Advantage that you should aquire about getting. They don't always give them when you can and should be getting them. If yall have anymore questions, hit me up in a PM or email. Yayagirl02@hotmail.com

OhYEAHCELIgrl said: Also a GTS can never be moved the "preferred" ratings because of the type of car it is (sports=fast) Erie told me that the Celica is not considered a sports car so it does not have higher rates that regular cars. I also checked on a Supra TT and it was about twice as much ($800/yr). It must differ between insurance companies. ;)

I live in NJ...I just turned 25, and changed over to New Jersey Manufacturer's, so my insurance is now 1800/yr. However last year it was 4200/yr with Weichert Insurance, and that's cheaper then i've paid in the past. That's all with no points at all. Where you live has a big part in how much it costs.

Yes , it does very between insurance companies. The reason American Family has high rates on the GTS is because of the horse power and the overall fastness thats the only way i can put it, lol. But yes it does very between companies

Insurance premium has to do with many issues.

Driving record,
Your age
Your location
Your coverage rates
Your applied discounts
Your usage of vehicle
Your Premium holder
etc........

I pay $700 every 6months with USAA though it should have been like $540 if I re-enlisted with the military...
