I don't know what I did. I have had these fog light bulbs sitting around for a while, and was like, what the hell, why don't I change em. So, I take off the bumper in a snap, and I see the foglights (obviously), and I"m trying to get the black piece off the back to take out the actual bulb and couldn't do it. What am I missing, and I did search, but couldn't find anyone. I saw 2 philips screws on each, but that didn't work, any suggestoins. Oh yea, the lights I have in my high/low beams say they are 100W, but they haven't blown, and the fuses haven' tmelted. This seems really high. I bought them on ebay from this guy, do u think if they were 100watt, they would have blown up by now (had em on over 3 months probably).
