Power from dome light install

I saw a post on here about wiring neon footwells, but no one knew how to get them to turn on when you open the doors. I just finished doing that with mine. I took some pictures with the install, and wrote out how to do it. I'll check with Larry to see if he'll post it. In the meantime, if anyone wants install dirs. for this, pm or email me.

I just used the dome switch all together. No seperate switches. But I wish I'd seen that post before I started.

well i have 2 options. its set up just like the dome light. i can turn them off totally all the time, switch one is for one when the doors open, and switch two is for on any time. i could have used a three-way switch, which would've been better, and been like the dome light, but i had some 2 ways already and didn't want to buy more ****. i also wanted to use separate ones so that i can control those separately from the dome light. so i have full control over either.
