I have tried to order from them a few times. Everytime I order from them I always end up getting an e-mail saying it was on backorder or out of stock. Its nice of them to let me know that but it seems like they never have anything in stock and all I have ever tried to order was bulbs.

I've been ordering from them since 1998 before they went online with nopi.com.

Phone orders: Every once in awhile you'll get a customer service rep who is a total d!ck. I've been hung up on, placed on hold for 20+ minutes, and been talked rudely to. Once I was trying to place my order using an issue of SCC, and the rep kept getting attitude with me like I was wasting his precious time. So I said "fuk it, asshole!" and hung up. I called back the next day and got a much nicer person.

Internet orders: Good, but once I ordered a part for my Civic (spark plug wires) and when I got them I noticed they looked a little weird...turns out they were for an MR2! So yeah, they make mistakes, but their online ordering is FAR better than dealing with them over the phone.

i have ordered a few things from them online and have been very happy with them so far. they were shipped immediately and i always got what i ordered fast and in perfect condition. i also found there prices to be pretty good, the only thing that sux is that their site has very few good pics. oh well, for the most part i give em 2 thumbs up!!!

i ordered apc gauges for my gts off them. the pics were ok, the price was the best around i feel (67 dollars), they were sent very fast also. i would defintely recommend ordering through them. no problems at all here.
