Fold the rear seatbacks down. At the base of the seatbacks, you'll see two large bolts on each under the carpeting. Remove them and the seatbacks, then pull up on the bottom part of the seats (held in by 2 strong clips up front).

Blue Bomber is right. But there are also 2 more bolts in the middle of the two seats, below the two white little hooks. After you take out the back part of the back seats your left with the rear panels. Pull up the plastic panel on the floor, where the door closes. Then pull the rear panels where the door closes, dont worry, you wont brake the plastic. Watch out for those damn little white things, they fall out. Basically, if you see a screw or bolt around where your working take it out. Dont be affraid to pull. And watch out for the white... clip sort of things.

Try a search in the Audio section. You'll get numerous threads.

At the outside of the rear seats.

There is a similar bracket in the center that connects to both halves of the seat.
