Hey guys, as the title says, I'm looking for pics of Celis lowered and without the rear wing. I've got a GT-S and its begging to be lowered, and I just wanted to see it without the rear wing. I think it would look pretty bad ass, but I want to see it. Thanks in advance.

That is exactly what I wanted! Thanks man. :D
That settles it, I'm ripping that rear wing off. Do you know if the rear wiper will come off too?

Wow, that does look good. Makes me debate on taking mine off..
Here's a couple of mine, if you haven't already seen them in Reader Rides:

IMO, car without a wing, has to have a bodykit to make the wingless car look nice. You should also check out z6joker car too.

the rear wiper can come off, but it leaves a big 2 inch rubber piece with metal sticking up... and if yout ake that out then you have a very large hole

Question,
Does the wing come off easily ---
And how does it come off?
I can most likely figure it out, but it would be appreciated if someone would send me down the right path.
Thanks

take out the panel inside the trunk on the hatch (remove the screw in the handle, pull out the handle, then pull down on the roof). Inside youll see some holes cut in the sheet metal on the sides, up in there is a nut that goes to the screws holding the wing in, unscrew all 4 nuts. Wing should pull off after taking those off... itll leave 4 holes and 2 or 4 nipples, i forget how many

Have you figured out how to get those 'nipples' off? I haven't. I just took off the spoiler about 20 minutes ago.

I guess that'll do it alrite. >8) Did you migweld the other holes closed? If not, what did you plug them up with?

i took some bolts that fit the holes and the nuts and just plugged them with that for now... i have an aluminum spoiler that kinda fits over top of them so you dont really notice them unless you look closely... im sure you could use some type of putty and fill them or just use good ol electric tape if you have a dark car
if i ever get any money im selling the wing... filling the holes, shaving the wiper, shaving the antenna, smoothing out the back like gumby, putting in nsx vents, and painting the car orgasmic orange... im short $600 so until then ill just use the screws :)

check out my pics in my sig. No wing, and lowered. Makes the car unique and changes the look completely, as here in aust. the celica came standard with the wing. Just gotta get those little "nipples" taken off at the back. The holes were plugged with rubber grommets.

That's what I need.. rubber grommets. I searched high and low in Home depot for them but couldn't find a thing.
