i purchased a DA sports celica gt turbo kit from GT211 almost 1 month ago, and he stated it was going to include 3 guages plus a triple guage pod, and 550cc injectors if i added an extra 200.00 on top of his sale...so i payed him that extra 200.00. so he sent out the turbo kit, but never sent the injectors and the guage set with it... i called him and asked him about the injectors and he said he was going to ship it out seperately with the guages/guage pod.. i waited and waited for the shipment and tracking number, and 3 times he said it was going to be shipped to me first on monday, then wednesday, and then friday...i called him and told him wheres the tracking number and he said he was going to send me the tracking number after we got off the phone.. i waited and waited, then i tried to PM him, call him, left him text and voice messages on his phone, but he never picked up or responded to my calls/messages.. i check his last activity on this website, and it says he was on... i think he just took off with my 200.00! i have all the proof of the transactions saved in my inbox and my yahoo email account.. :confused:

people any advice would help on what i should do. to david please, all im asking is my injectors and gauge pods. otherwise i am asking my 200 dollars back.

Considering he shipped the mutli-thousand dollar turbo kit, it seems strange he would stiff you for $200... if he was out to scam you, i doubt you would have seen anything at all. He should be giving you a straight answer though on this though.

How did you pay? Hopefully not cash... if you paid Credit Card (always best route!) then contact your credit card company to do a chargeback for items not received, or if it was Paypal, contact them for a reverse payment. If you paid cash, all you can do it continue to contact him and hope he ships the stuff, unless you want to go the legal route, which may cost you more than $200 to pursue.

You should do that thing from FedEx I think that if they don't ship the product and you aren't satisfied, you don't give them the money and they return the product to the sender.

Best way other than CC.

there was a miscommunication with the shipment... my apology towards gt211.. he accidentally shipped it to the wrong house and it got shipped back to his house, and he states they will be shipped out tomorrow with a tracking..
