I think its one of those instances where the person was going for the two toned look. Personally, discusting looking but very popular in Cali with the Honda folks.

I dont think its turbo charged, I think its nice. Can anybody confirm this?

Its a Turbo, I spoke with him, it s a custom built kit, the guy was from NYC.

Is it just the picture, or is the white celica dented on the driver fender's side? Also, it looks like the front bumper's paint doesn't match the rest of the car.
