it is on my Celica. I pull it for 4 inches with some speed(but not too fast) using one hand and it locks up already !!! Hence I am worried.

There're too many instances where it locks up on me when it shouldn't - e.g., backing up and putting it back to 1st and drive off(not too fast - just normal sequence !!) And I find myself constantly having to ease up just to release the locking !! Sometime it happens just comign to a stop(not abruptly, just normal braking !!) Sometimes making a normal turn too !! I am very worried.

is it the same for you ?

I notice that also but don`t mind it.
I figure that the extra sensitivity might someday prevent me from being injured.
