Tire size is 215 R35 18

Car is not a Daily Driver, but I would like to maintain some tread longevity and streetablity.

I do some drag racing at the strip, and would like to start getting into auto-x or track racing in the future.........possibly.

Car should never see snow or ice, and rarely see rain, hopefully, however I need a tire that won't hydroplane on me, or send me sliding out of control if I have to go out onto snow/ice.

I want to keep the price under $150 per tire.

So far I have been recommended Toyo Proxies T1r and Kumho Ecsta ASX's

Recommendations for the tire newb?
