-Purchased a kit from me. Very bad in conducting business. Had a problem, which is normal, but he decided to ruin my business. Didn't want to discuss a way out like grown ups. He decided to do some sort of "REVENGE" to satisfy him.

-He posted pics in my GB with FALSE STATEMENTS and IRRELEVANT FACTS.

-He accused me of sending him a USED kit.

-All parts that he circled around wasn't showing any damages. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.

-Said that the fitment was bad but DIDN'T EVEN PUT ON THE KIT YET.

Arlan, if you're expecting too much of my kit, go ahead and buy the original one, see how much thay gonna cost you.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

I DON'T SELL USED KITS.

THAT'S NOT THE WAY IN CONDUCTING BUSINESS, IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, DISCUSS IT PROPERLY.

NOW I DON'T SEE ANY REASONS WHY I SHOULD ACCEPT RETURN. YOU DECIDED TO DO HARM ON MY BUSINESS.

Overall, a very bad person to do business with.

David i didnt conclude all this, when you talk to my mechanic it was him who concluded it, and i just followed one of our fellas here to post up the picture not meant to jack your thread. ATX Motorsport my mechanic Terrence concluded all these. and IM not to take revenge, im not like that, im just telling you everythign of waht he said, and as the matter of fact you spoke to Terrence. Sorry about everything. im not trying to jack your thread, ruin your weekend or ruin your bussiness.

^^Next time, ASK first, don't just make your own conclusion. I don't care if that's your bodyshop conclusion or whatnot. The fact is that you are showing to everyone here false statements in the forum and that could make them think that I'm a bad seller.

You said you didn't mean to ruin my business. Ok, what about that post? Don't you think that offends me and ruins my business for something that is supposed to be just fine?

Like I said, there's nothing wrong with the kit. How could it possibly been used? It's not even painted.

Don't you think? If the case that it's been used, it must've been painted, no? Did you see any paint there? It's still in it's raw condition. SOME WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE TO PREP THE KIT.

I'm really offended seeing those pictures with circles and false statements.

Just see my feedbacks, did you see any negative feedback there? Or did you see any person saying that I sell "USED" kits?

I'm okay if you want to return it. Go ahead, please. I'll refund your money.

BUT, I don't like the way you solve things, actually, you're NOT helping at all.

Have a nice weekend.

Okay, he said that he had shipped the kit back to me. I want you guys to be the witnesses if I decide not to refund his money due to these reasons:

1. Here's a quote from him in my GB thread when he first received the kit: great seller, he replies to PM really quick. feels confident buying from him because he answers to all my questions that i want to kn ow about his kit. my rear bumper had a chipped on it but its not that serious, it's fixable. ill let you guys know about the fitment soon.

In this statement, you can see that it's only the rear bumper that has a problem, the others are fine, and he said it himself that it wasn't serious, just "chipped" NOT "cracked". IF THE CASE WHEN I RECEIVED THE KIT BACK AND THE CONDITION ISN'T THE SAME AS HE SAID, I WILL NOT REFUND HIS MONEY.

2. On the package, there are some conditions if the customer wants to return the item. One of them is: "We will not accept any refund if the kit has been modified (drilled, primered, painted, cracked due to test fitting)."

So, if I found any slight drilling or anything I mentioned above on the kit, I WILL NOT REFUND HIS MONEY.

3. All of my customers know that by the time they receive the kit, IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING THE PACKAGE. It's also written on the box.

One of my customer's quote:
by the way arlan you should've inspect package/kit before signing the confirmation when delivered. Theres a whole description in big words on the package on what to do when kit arrives. hey david how did finals go? by the way any pics of both hoods yet? peace!

Here's what he said earlier in my GB thread:
i did but the delivery man was telling me to hurry up and saying he had no time so i took his words b/c he looked kinda tired as well.

So, who's fault was that? Mine?

4. See these STRANGE pictures that he posted to whore my GB thread:
these are the pics of the crack this is not even all of it. i was happy when i got it but when my mechanic and i even brought it to ATX auto motorsports for the paint job and installation i was upset. i just wanna ship this back and get my money.
here are the pics.

Look at those pictures carefully, all of the circles are showing NO DAMAGE AT ALL. He's making those up. He even took a picture of the inside part of the kit, seriously Arlan, are you going to install the kit backwards? lol. Moreover, ON THE 4th PICTURE, he said "It was used and it was primed numerous time, they left water behind" lolololol. Those aren't used, those aren't primered. IF THE CASE IT'S USED, THERE WILL BE DRILL MARKS AND IT WILL BE PAINTED. Do you see any drill marks and paint there? You don't even mentioned it. It clearly shows that you're making those up.

In conclusion: I want you guys to be the witness of this problem. As far as I'm doing business with my customers, NONE of them had any STRANGE complains like this guy. That's all I can say.

Thanks for your attention.

If you get the kit back, and it has no buyer-caused damage, IMO, you should refund his money minus shipping charges. If you were at fault (which it does not look like here), then I would say you owe him a complete refund.

If you decide not to refund his money, you should at lest let him pay for return shipping back to him if he wants.

In no case should you accept the kit back and still not grant him any sort of refund. That's truly bad business practice.

Man that guy's dumb.

He's also stupid enough to want $180.00 for a used Viper alarm.

hey david just to let you know when i brought my kit to an automotive sports body shop they asked me what kind of front and rear bumper i had, and had told them what it was, and they were shocked because they have never seen the kits i had bought from you for a 2001 civic 4dr. So just wanna tell you how glad i am to have those kits from you because before you, i had the worse trouble looking for the kit you were selling to me. Not one place i know sells those kit for my model and year civic. So thanks to you im satisfied. -chris

its a knock off kit...of course they don't fit 100%. I have real veilside and it still didn't fit 100%. Body kits don't fit like oem, they all need to be worked a bit. Plus those pics show no damage. A little bondo and some primer and paint and your good to go.
