I just bought a 2000 gts and the inside of the headlights are dirty like they have gotten moisture in them. How would I go about cleaning them and preventing that from happining again?

To clean the inside of you headlights...
Take out the headlight housing
Mix 1 tablespoon of dial soap with about 2 quarts of very warm distilled water (make sure you use ONLY distilled water so it doesn't leave water marks inside the headlight)
Pour mixture of soap and warm distilled water into headlight housing and swish mixture around for a couple of minutes
Pour out mixture and rinse with 2 quarts of warm distilled water
Rinse again with warm distilled water to make sure all suds are out of headlight
Pour a few cups of rubbing alcohol into headlight housing (so it will get out the water) and swish it around real good then pour out
Dry headlight with a blow dryer
Make sure all harnesses are dry before reinstalling the headlights and of course make sure the bulbs are dry as well
When finished headlights wont be perfect but should definitly be very clean compared to before.

Also check weatherstripping around headlights and make sure there aren't any cracks in it that would allow moisture inside the headlights. Make sure when you put the bulbs back in that any gaskets around the bulbs are in securely.

Well thanks for all the advice, but come to find out it was the outsied of my headlights. They were just really oxidized. I took some rubbing compound and scrubbed then wiped off. They now look like new, but thanks for the advice anyways.
