Posted in here because I suppose it's something everyone else will already know.
What is the std bore size and Stroke of the 2ZZGE?
and what is the exact CC?
I know they are 1800cc, but are they 1798CC or 1810cc or what?
Are they alloy Block?
Did a quick search but could not find the basic spec's somewhere.

From the top of my head I think the 2ZZ is 1796cc, bore was 82mm if I'm not mistaken. Block is alloy, with Metal Matrix Composite cylinders.

^Bore is 82mm, and displacement is 1796cc
Stroke is 85mm

So the 2ZZ is still undersquare. Actually the 85mm stroke computes a little closer to 1794cc. I wasn't sure if it was 1796 or 1794, might have swapped the numbers from the 1ZZ.

Is it possible to make the 2ZZ square bored? lol

Nope, the bore spacing is way to little. I think MWR has achieved a 0.5mm overbore with their new sleeves, but that's the most it could get, still 2.5mm shy of square. There's only like 4mm meat between the bores, so a square engine would leave you with only 1 mm, in other words a useless engine LOL.
