thinking of trading the celica in

hey, i saw a celica gt at a dealer the other day it has like 102,XXX miles on it. i wanna trade my celica gt with 86,XXX on it for that one. the reason i wanna trade is my car is auto and i want a manual "the other celica is a manual". do you guys think i should add alittle money in with my car for the trade? also if anyone has a driverside door for the celica you wanna sell PM me.

i would sat keep the one you have, inless it has a lt of problems. plus if you have it payed off and it has less miles why get rid of it? i would add a little money, but not too much.

well there is a samll problem with my car. it has a "small" dent on my driver side car. here are some pics how much money u think i should add now. i was thinking about getiing it fixed first b4 i trade it in. BTW how much you think it would cost to fix this

That's not a small dent...it's a huge fvcking dent. If the door can be saved I would say around $2000. My old Civic got side swiped and it was about $3000 to get fixed but I had some damage on the quarter panel as well.

I would not sell the car. It has like 20000 more miles put on it than you. Fix your car and be happy with. If you are going to upgrade, then get a GTS 6 speed

i think with that kind of door damage and all, getting it repaired, and then trying to sell it for a car with THAT more mileage is too much work/time/money wasted....stick with your car for now if it runs fine...

well after the accident "car+tree=dent" i think i need an alignment but it doesnt pull too bad. my idle is kinda low now and my steering whell wobbles when i drive for a long time lol. i was thinking about getting a new door from junyard or something,. but cant seem to find one

i know a reputable junkyard around here...well, the owner of it at least, he specializes in mostly imports, i'll ask him for you and we might be able to ship that out to you if you're interested...not guranteeing anything though...
