BTW... Tom D isn't a bad guy I've bought other things from him this is the first problem i've had. I think most the problem has been MBautosport... but still its been 6 months I need my money.

Yeah... problems is when the person dosent respond to your PM's or your emails or ignores the GP section of NC.org you have to do soemthing like this.

I sent him 320 bucks for a CF hood he was getting from MBautosports.com back in December. A few people gave Tom the money and never heard another word. I guess JonasBlack was the only one to get a hood none of us did. We got a message in the GP section in Feb saying the GP was off because MBautosport couldnt get there Sh!t straight as always. Min told Tom that he needed some time... the girl knew nothing about the GP. Finally, Tom called the GP off and told us we'd be getting refunds... I'm still waiting.

Yeah, now Min and Tom are going at it in the GP section... I just want my money back. I still think Tom is awesome and I still think MB needs to do something to clean there rep up or they wont last much longer.

Yes, quite frankly paypal customer service is the absolute worst in the entire world.

I had an issue at one point where I bought something on ebay. I didn't receive the product for 15 days. So I figure get paypal involved right?! Wrong, I sent them at least 10 emails and didnt' get a single one answered.

The only way I finally got the product was that I finally got in touch with the person who sold it to me, after he moved.

I have really mixed feelings about paypal that is for sure.

Well I explained myself clear in the whole matter in another forum no need to do it here too. No I am not pissed at Matt for doing this either. I can't get on as much anymore and I don't have a email for the time being so thats why I don't respond to things. Anyway he knows now that I am not ignoring them 3. Many people do know the situation, then again many don't but if they read they all know now. Anyway I just didn't appreciate out of the whole thing how MB Autosport said I never contacted them to make me look like the bad guy. My point is if I ripped these guys off why even bother wating my time typing on here defending myself. I'd just leave. Hey Larry I still read the forums. Just not on as much.

Matt it's only been since Feb not that it even makes a difference and yes that was my delay trying to get the money back from the 3 people I sent too. That was my human error with keeping your email addresses straight. But Also I was messed up too from when I went to St. Pete. But now I know I owe 3 guys money cause of a dumbass mistake I made.

And to everyone not involved in this which is all but 3 of you, We are not at war with each other. This was all caused by lack of communication and all. As you can see I am not pissed about him making this thread cause I too would be concerned if I didn't hear from someone that collecteed money off me. So it's completely understandable. I just don't want any of you guys to feel any different towards me because you thought I ripped someone off. And the many of you who have met me and know me personally, you know I'm not the type. But you know you get the occasional noobie who comes in and half reads sh!t and starts flaming and all hell breaks loose. Anyways Problem solved. Oh and whats up to everyone, I'll be back soon. I agree with having MB dropped. They pretty much screw about 90% of us sooner or later. I was in on the GP with TomD and he was nothing but helpful even though I didnt get the hood. He gave me a refund within an hour of me asking for it, so I commend him on his puncuality and he CAN be trusted. We all know who is REALLY at fault here...

Basically there is a lot of things that went on that I didn't like about them. Most of them you can goto the buyers/sellers feedback and read. Buy your Kam kit from WCToyota. They deal directly with Kam and there is no BS from the front office like at MB.
