Im having problems!!!

For the past few days when going to work i hit my favorite stretch of short autobahn, and as im accelerating i feel like the car is running out of gas. It goes then it pulls goes and pulls if i can explain it like that.(in a fast motion) Now i hit a rabbit a little while back and it tore the wheel well that was covering my cai out. Im still waiting on toyota to get me one. Anyway i was wondering if its droplets of water getting through the filter into the engine making it sputter. But i kind of doubt it because any DROPLETS of water should be evaporated due to condensed heat. So Im back to square one with what the problem is. Btw it has been raining the last couple of days and i did clean my filter so its probably alot more pourous than before when i was running in the rain and had no problems. Any help would be lovely.

Are you running the AC?

Sometimes I get some hesitation on acceleration when my AC is running.

As far as the CAI, I don't see how it could be getting any water coming up through the filter. You would have to be getting it very wet to have that happen. Check the connections to the CAI Though. maybe something has come loose.

Naw, no ac running, and i dont think its because of water getting through the filter either. Somebody pls help, taking it to toyota scares me more than the problem although the dealer here is pretty cool.
