Can anyone tell me if the WW lip needs to be mounted over the existing, original toyota lip or does it replace that lip?

yes please same question, and if the WW lip does go over the OEM lip, then is there a front lip kit that replaces the OEM lip?

Molly replaced the front lip. WW goes over OEM.

The Varis Arising is a bumper replacement, not a lip.... I think.
