The Action Package Celicas from 2001 dont have the 3rd brake light. I believe all the TRD Celicas from late 2002-2005 Celicas have the 3rd brake light! Or something like that........Im not too sure the exact year when the 2nd gen TRD wing came out for the Action Package!

yeah they did . they changed the spoiler later on to an adjustable one

Yes if they're genuine they do. A good way to tell is look at the 3rd brake light.. It should say TOYOTA in small lettering.
