So before my Cousin's came in on Sunday I cleaned my room, I actually found the floor next to my desk and yes I found my desk too, it was so dirty, while I was cleaning I stumbled across a piece of paper that was the Electrical Engineering Flow chart. The chart shows what classes I need to take the pre rec's for those classes and all that info any way after 3 years of school I crossed out the classes I have taken and counted the classes I still need to take, the Magic number is 27 and they are all 4 credit hour classes, It is going to take me another 3 or 4 years with summer semester and finishing my Co-op next spring, So I think the best thing for me to do with the next 2 semesters of Co-op is to just pay off my car and consintrate on school. After all when I graduade I can make a heck of alot of money and will be able to buy my IS300 L tuned.

I figure it will be eaiser to go through school without having to work and having to make my car payment, my parents said that if I pay my car off and I don't work they will pay for my insurance. I just want to graduate at this point. Plus that IS is one sweet car. espessially since they released it in 5-speed.

I have been going full/part time for the past 3 years but I got real sick my first semester and had to drop out then my next semester I didn't take any Math took math the next semester and failed and then passed the next time and then took precal finally last semester and failed now I have to take it again but I can't take any major classes until I pass precal with a C so that is why I am so far behind. I am going to not work while I am in school any more so I can hopefully graduate soon my major started out as 130 hours plus the minor in Business which I have already completed the classes for .

Your ahead of me. I have 12 credit hours completed. I should have started in fall of 2000 but I was working for this stupid race team. I decided to go to school in the spring of 2001 went for a semester, decided to work and not go to school just for the summer and ended up getting a job offer from the team again and I've been trapped ever since. I'm going back in the fall damn it! All my friends that I graduated with are going to be juniors in college in the fall and I'm still a freshmen. That sucks!

I know exactly how you feel Duncan. I only have 15 credits, should be around 36 if I went full time.

Ok I still have everyone beat I have 56 credit hours all my friends that I went to school with that is still in school will be graduating in the spring and I have 112 hours left, notice that most major's are only 120 hours but EE is 130 and then add for the minor in business that's 150 plus the classes that I have just taken for the hell of it.

Ok I'm wrong I have 71 attempted hours but with the classes I've dropped and the 1 semester I have 51 GPA hours and only 44 Completed hours. Wohoo I am still a sophomore and I have been in school since 99, next semester I am going to take 16 hours just so I can be a junior and I am going to study no more OT for me.

I need to find a good job by fall that will allow me enough time to study and get all my work done. Any suggestions? I thought about going back part time to the motorcycle shop I used to work at. I'd like to make a little more money though.

Hey it's o.k. as long as you keep at it!! I started college back in 1990 (for one term)and droped out because I thought that makeing all this money (by working 3 jobs) was just great!!

Went back to school in '92 for 3 terms and decided that I didn't like my major and didn't know what I wanted..

It was not until Nov. of '98 that I would go back and do full force at DeVry.. Graduated May 23 2001!!

Now I am in a crappy t-Com job that does not pay enough.. But I am so happy that I finished!!

Todd as my parents say it doesn't matter as long as you graduate. and Dan Congradulations, how long did it take you, aren't you an EE or CE major as well?
