I'm gonna do the oil change myself today and was just wondering if I have to replace the drain hole gasket with a new one? Also is it 4.5 quarts for the GTS. Thanks for the help.

Probably, yes. If the original one was an aluminum one, then you can still reuse it. If it's a different material, you need a new one.

when i go buy filters at the dealership they always give me a handful of oil plug washers

One fo the functions of a washer is so you can get the bolt off later with some ease.
