OK, I'm in the shop right now and I've removed the rear caliper and released the e-brake... I've been hitting the rotor with an 8 lbs. sledge hammer to get it off... What gives? I guess my only option is to keep hitting... any suggestions?

Does it have a threaded bolt hole? If so screw a bolt in the to force it out.

Is it stuck to the hub? or hanging-up on the parking brake. If it is stuck to the hub, then continue with the heat and hammers.
If it's the brake, go in through the adjusting hole and move the shoes in to clear the mini-drum.

my GT's drums did that, took like 4 hours and two hammers to get them off.

ADJUST THE PARKING BRAKE FROM THE LITTLE ACCESS HOLE!!!!!
Don't hammer it more then you need to. The Drums on the inside will get a groove in them and the shoes will crab that lip and wont let you take the rotor off. Adjust the handbrake down a bit through the access hole on each of the rotors. They should come off easy.
