ok guys, both of my alarm remotes got soaked today (dont ask). anyway i let them sit out in the sun and they both still light up but not when i press the buttons. they only light u when the battey is touched. i went up to toyota today before they dried and they wanted to charge me 30 one new remote and another 40 to program the dang thing! anyone know anything i can do to get my remotes working fine again???

That happened to me before with another brand of alarm. I also got my pager and cell phone soaked, too (in a flood 3 years ago). Pretty much ruined the alarm remote and cell phone, but the pager dried out and worked fine. I was told once the circuit board gets wet, your pretty much screwed. Just cough up the $$ and move on...
