I'm going to be picking up a set of 17" wheels to go with my Kaminari kit, TRD drop, combination. Because the Kam kit sits a way lower than stock, ride height is a concern

So I'm trying to decide if I should go with 215/40 or 215/45 size tires? YES, I've done a search in previous threads... now my questions are;

is the 40 profile noticeably smaller than overall stock size? will it significantly lower my ride height? will it make the wheel gap left my the TRD springs even larger?

how much (if at all) will the 45 profile hinder performance with it's bigger size? will the car look odd sitting higher?

Last thing, I'd like the wheels to sit more outward, what's a good offset for a 17x7 wheel??

Thanks for the help in advance fellas...

I have 205/40 Kumho ES 712's with 17x8 Flik LeX's on mine with TRD springs. My Kam kit will be done June 7. Pics will be done that weekend. The link naturally shows the car w/out kit.
