Don't listen to these cheapskate. 712s and RE730s are garbage. One more person recommends these I'm gonna scream!

People have no problem dropping 24K for a Celica---known for it's great handling--but they always cheap-out come tire replacement time. i will never understand this.

PZeros, SO-3, and the like are down to 128 bucks. Now there's no excuse.

It seems the kids would rather spend their money on taillights and pedals and shift knobs....all show, no go.

ok marv, listen up he said he needs a set of daily driving tires, he did not ask for a race tire of a tire he will need for auto-x and he asked for something that was good in strong and wet hence why i reccomended the 712's, you can ask many auto-x as that what many of us run as our daily driver tires cause we need something that will last a long time and offers decent performance. They are a great value tire, granted if i pushed my car really hard on the street and wanted to replace my tires twice as fast I would have no problem going to the S0-3 as they are one of the best street tires i've driven on besides that falken azenis of bfg KD's but i wouldn't even consider those street tires cause anyone who runs them pretty much runs them for auto-xing or such and they were very fast. I nor any other of the auto-x's that will reccomend the 712 are cheapskates as we will spend up to 200bux on a race tire that we will only use on certain weekends and wears out very quick.

Once again as many of us have said before if you need a tire that will have pretty good dry and wet performance (712's are awesome in the water), that will be very predictable at the limit, will last you a good amount of time, and will not kill you on price. The 712's are one of your best bets.

and just to make marv happy let me say this, if yo uwant a street tire that you will really be able to push on the street, will have decent tread wear, and you have the 128 bux each to spend on street tires. Go for the So-3's.

Since you don't want something too expensive Mirwolf like Karim said go with the Kuhmo 712's, which I have on my car right now and feel like the stock Yokos but quieter. As I said in another thread in which Marv said I was a cheapskate, it was not for the tire dealers I having a turnaround time in getting me a set of SO-3s of at least 3 days. I'd be having the Toyos on my car right now which I tried on my friends Integ and they are really are good.
