PFC is tuned according to B1mmer's car at that time, anyway you will have to tune it to your car.

Size is 52mm. About the total quote how can i found that info for you? do i go to some web page to put the info of the packet? which one?

Not it is not cut, that is the way it comes, you could use it as a CAI (using the 2 pieces) or as a SRI (using only one).
