Best weekend ever: Carrera GT

I drove around in a Carrera GT yesterday. It sounds like God breathing. The guy who owns it is my girlfriends uncle, I got to choose which one I took out from the following list:

Carrera GT
McLaren SLR
Diablo
BMW Z8
Countach 25th anniversiary
2 Mercedes 300SLs (1 gullwing)
2 Jaguar XKEs, one was a V12
2 50s Vettes
'54 T Bird
2 360 Modenas (one stick, one flappy paddle)
Ferrari 308 quattroporte (Magnum PI)
Ferrari Dino
1st production model pininfarina Ferrari

I picked the Carerra.

The best part was the owner asked to drive my Evo afterward and randomly said "you know on the street this is faster."

It was a 206 GT, so it was either a 68 or a 69. He also has a 246 Dino but it wasn't there in this collection unfortunately.

I forgot, he also had a 330 GTC Berlinetta and a 250 GT Lusso.

Haha, I seriously felt like I was on Top Gear. He's more into the vintage Ferraris, most of the 2000+ cars were german.

Oh, I also forgot about the GT3 and the 612 Scaglietti, those are his daily drivers. I love the fact that he described the SLR as "disappointing boring German crap."

It totally sucks. It's like the kevlar clutch on my Evo but chatters much worse up until about 25-30 mph. Hill starts are an extreme challenge. It's not at all a street car.
