As far as the MAF goes, it's really easy. All you need is a phillips head screw driver and a can of electronics cleaner. Brake cleaner works too, but i heard it eats away at the plastic? Anyway, open your hood, bottom right corner there should be a small square with two screws diagnol of each other. Unscrew the screws, pull it out, spray the sensor (tear-drop shaped thing with two small wires...try not to touch the wires), and voila'. You might want to disconnect the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes or so to reset the ECU as well.

there's already detailed pics provided by bluebomber years ago that show how to remove the IACV if cleaning it still attached to the throttle body doesn't work.

Is there any where I can get replacement screws for the MAFS since mine are practically stripped out, like a dealership maybe?? Or am I just "screwed"?

here guys.. i found the BlueBomber write up!!.. Cick Here!! (http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?p=3750210&posted=1#post3750210)
as for the MAF cleaning.. its super simple!.. if u look on the stock airbox u will see a cable conecting to the box.. it should have 2 screws mounting it down (mine were little gold screws) ... just remove those with a phillips screwdriver.. now the MAF sensor will be visible..
I used CRC MAF Cleaner that i purchased at Advanced Auto Parts.. its only like $6 and it'll last u a looong time!... this stuff works great becuase it evaporated INSTANTLY!!... i just sprayed away and watched how clean my MAF got..
Once u have cleaned the MAF just screw it back in and reset ur ECU!! .. to do this u can either pull the fuse in the OBD fuse box in the engine bay or (wut i do) unplug the battery for a good five minutes.. after reseting ur ECU turn on the car and let it idle for a good five minutes so it can learn the new airflow patterns!
