I just want to say I love my new optima yellow top. I don't know how I drove without it. My stereo hits louder (aftermarket JVC), my car accelerates without me (caught me by surprise when I tapped the pedal), and the ride feels much better.

Only downsides are I dropped $200 approx on it buying from Pep Boys. Less than 3 months on the shelf though. Now I can't use my APR battery tie down because the battery sits an inch and a half below it.

My toyota battery was corroded to sh*t. I didn't realize how bad it was until I took it out. Battery acid dripping down the sides, my battery tie down bar is solid white (after cleaning the corrosion off), and this white crusty corrosion sh*t is all over the parking lot at Pep Boys in Vista. :chuckles: I did get $10 back for this POS (core charge)

Don't ask me to post pics, it looks just like your Optima. I didn't take pics of the toyota battery, but I should have for sh*ts and giggles.
