whats the biggest tire you can put on the 16in stockers

Yeah, i was just wondering the same thing. Can 225s fit on the stock 16s?

thats exactly what i want to know. I got them new and free so don't want them to go to waste

The overall diameter of a 225-45-16 is just slightly less than stock so in that aspect it works. However it is a tad wide for the stock 6.5" rim width. Its a matter of looks mostly. The Tire will bulge out slightly.
