DAMMIT, not even a month as gone by and i need to fix my front bumper arleady! I'm so pissed! And its like 5 am in the morning!
I went with my friend to one of his friends house. I decide to park in the driveway and it goes up fine. no scratching at all. So when we leave, i hear REALLY loud scratching, like something was stuck for a second. I go outside and take a look ... the pasenger side of where there is a hidden 10mm bolt go loose, and is sticking out. I didnt have a socket wrench with me so i say i'll fix it when i get home.
So i get on the freeway and everything is ok. Half way down the road i hear a THUMP! at first i thought it was my bumper but the sound was only heard for a second. So i drive and decide to get off the freeway... as i'm exiting i hear SCRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTCCCCCCHHHHHH... The more i drive the more it scratches. It was a 1 lane exit with no emergency lane so i couldnt stop and get out to look around. I pictured my front Kaminari bumper being totally destroyed! and at this point i'm constantly yelling outloud "****!!!"
I finally get off the freeway and pull into the very first residential street i see. I quickly get of the car. I look at the front... The bumper is ok! So what was the damn scratching from then? I look under the car.... the undercarriage plastic that used to be connected to the front bumper is folded back, sliding on the floor!!! I was like OMFG! So i pushed them back up into the bumper.... That was the best i could do till i got home.
Well now my passenger side of the front bumper doesnt fit right, and the plastic pieces under my front bumper arent even connected to the damn bumper! God dammit!!!! This ruined my whole night! I hope it wont be hard to fix... I'm gonna tyr calling Joe up at wetworks and see what he can maybe do about reinstalling the front bumper... this really sucks... Im really low on funds too :[ It was my gf's bday yesterday ... $(%!&^$(!&$!%!
