I got bumped in the parkinglot last night, its not bad, but there is a quarter size of clearcoat missing off the rear bumper, but the paint under it seems to be okay, is there an easy way to repair clearcoat?????,

it doesn't look too bad due to the paint being a dark color (carbon blue)

nope you have to respray with clear to fix.
