Nooo My Windshield!

i was driving to school this morn and get into the fast lane going 80 then suddenly i hear a CLACK and i look at windshield and there are two fat ass spider chips i hate rocks! anyways any1 know how much itll cost to get the windshield replaced or repaired? so ghey makes me want to cry =( any1 near san jose know of any places?

If it is real small then don't bother...i got one last xmas going to L.A. but no biggy.. it is bound to happen... if it is noticebly huge..then take it to some glass shop and have them fill it in... shouldn't cost no more than $40...

Yea, I hate them flying rocks too. I have a bunch of chip on my front windshield.

it's about $280 installed from allstar glass....
I thought your hood opened like mine did on new years morning..

Check you auto insurance policy...see what your deductible is. Most insurances will cover up to 100%

damnit the spiderchip just spread cracks and theres a long crack around 7-8 inches on windshield now i really gotta replace or if they can repair... hopefully i find a shop that waves my detuctible and just bills insurance

I had a fat ass rock smack my windshield at about 75 today. No damage so far that I can see, but I have a feeling im gonna wake up tomorrow and find a nice star or crack on it :(
