Best double sided tape to use?

I need some to put on the back of my TRD fender flares, i need thin strips of strong double sided tape, any recommendation?

the extra strength kind. but even that won't stick unless the surface is clean and somewhat warm (use a paint prep wipe and hairdryer).

3m works. That's what I used on my eyelids, and they haven't gone anywhere after a year.
