Really, besides Boosted porting the stock one I don't think anyone does. Although all you have to do is disconnect all that egr stuff and almost any header you buy will cover up the holes for the air injection system. It will throw a cel, but you should be able to just disconnect your battery and reconnect to reset your ecu for a couple days to pass inspection.

That miracle was a piece of sh... they send me a header for 2002 gts, i send it back to the vendor and he is charging me 35% restocking fee for the header and that was their mistake, now they said that the header for the 2004 gts is been descontinued.
your f'cking sig is huge.. artard.

You should have waited for the PPE header to be finished.

Either get one of Boosted's ported stock headers or get a WR street header, and have the air injection system disconnected. It will throw a code, but you should just be able to reset the battery when you need to get it inspected each year.

Still in progress. There's another thread about it. The last I looked they have are ceramic coating it right now. For the test car that is.

removing the egr thing, will that affect the engine in the future?

Removing the egr system won't cause any problem with the engine, but it will cause your car to throw a code.

"discontinued"? the header was never made...for the 03+ gt-s's because of the egr system...
ported all the way.
or wait until PPE to be done with their header and see if they'll make a model that has the block offs for the four holes

Damn dude, are you completely oblivious to my previous posts on your thread?

I have the street header on my car b/c I needed to stay street legal, and I got it for only $175 :)
I believe it costs $350 regularly, but if you wanna spend some cash then get the PPE header.
I just got the street header b/c it was so cheap, and it did provide a decent power increase for the price.

That still may not work. Considering its California, if you move the o2 sensor anywhere other than the OEM place it wont pass inspection. Or so I have been taught.

this is what you do. cut the pipe w/O2 sensors from both sides making sure you keep the cat and O2 sensors in the place, put a ppe header and weld that pipe w/cat and O2 sensors on both sides ,after that add a catback or whatever you want. thats it.

Neither PPE nor WR header is street legal in Cally. Neither has CARB approval.
