You can upload it to your gallery through the User Control Panel up top.

Or you can find the url to the image and put and around it.

Or use a web hosting site like photobucket.com and upload your pictures there. Then it automatically gives your photos/videos all the tags you need for posting/sharing your pics on other sites. Just simple copying and pasting.
