if you have never glassed before just take it somewhere or buy a box premade on ebay....

expect to spend an easy 150$ in supplies if you plan on doing it yourself

TCCustomz in ... Winnipeg? i think? has some really great rates, google the name for the site, and hit them up - just let them know what youre looking for, simple or complex, and they can give you a quick quote. Cant really think of anyone in Massachusetts off hand.

There was a tutorial floating around on fiberglassing too, it was really thorough and explained every bit of what you needed to know. If I find it Ill post the link.

Haha yeah man, fiberglass is expensive. The plexi alone for mine is going to run me ~300.

ha yea hombred my WHOLE trunk and i mean my enclosure from the trunk all the way up to the front seats (back seats are no more just straight fiberglass, it was enough to house 4 lcds, 4 speakers, 1 12", and a 4ch) ran 500 in supplies.

not too shabby. Yea we figured about 500 in supplies. if all goes well mine will be full trunk to front seats (also taking out back seats to enclose 4x 15" subs, 2 caps, 2 screen, 1 full tower computer, 1 or 2 bats, 6000w of sub amps and 600w of component amps :D

haha we have the same cap. do people mistake yours as a bomb when the numbers fluctuate? very nice setup. only issue with mine i will be it is going to have to go down like a bowl to fit everything. 4 15's with 4 large amps takes up allot of room :(

How else are you going to learn unless you try it? once you've built a couple its pretty easy. i say if you've got a little wallet and space to do it, watch a tutorial and give it a shot. if it comes out ****ty do it again.

yea its for shows, atleast on my end. however at a few meets back in g-ville a group watched some dvd's from my setup :D

i'm gonna buy a siberian white tiger and fiberglass it into the back of my celica. lol i'd win every show for sure.

ha yea its just for shows, but for the most part im starting to get out of the show scene. Reality is starting to kick in and reality sucks! For all the money dumped into that system it could of been spent in much other needy places but o well... I guess its one of those conversation pieces where you can say "Yup, I did it".
