Just got TWM short shifter and i love it accept for all the crumbled leather. Does anybody make a shorter shift boot, in leather, colors?, or did anybody have success tightening the stock one with out completely ripping it apart and resewing it. I looked at the stock boot and the metal wire runs all the way around and in the leather, i didn't see an easy way to tighten it.
Thanks!

i checked the site and i look the boots but they all look stock height and don't say anything about being any shorter!
Any body have any experiece with these or know of someplace that sells a boot for a short shifter?

this is what i did... i have the twm ss too. what you do is u take off that silver plastic thing around the top of the boot. you tuck in the unnessacary part of the boot in and slap on you short shifter and ur done. if u still want that plastic piece on what you do is make the hole bigger so it can go down further in to the shifter.
