Just wondering what the recommended psi was for the stock tires on an 02 gt-s? 32 psi?

yes it is 32psi. If you look at your door jamb there should be a sticker that tells you what pressure your tires should be at.

I've got mine at 32 on the front, and 26 on the rear, since the rear has a lot less weight on it. It seems to work well that way, and I've been getting fairly even wear with roating every 5k miles.

All I've ever seen stamped on the tire is max pressure...

Never read tire pressure of the tire. That is max pressure and in most cases is way above what the tire should be inflated at. Read the door jamb or the fuel filler door for the recommended pressure. Other thing is when you are plus sizing you ussually want to go 1 to 2 pounds higher than the recommended.
