Its like connected to the trunk wher it curves up this way \ not that high though (no gap b/w the spoiler and trunk)

you mean like the drift-style spoilers? VIS makes one called a "Falcon" style spoiler, that will lay flat on the trunk lid and raise up and a little past the lip. You have to custom fit it tho.
