depends on how much you're looking to spend... look into the MB Quart

400 for all four? no amps?
if you aren't using an amp its going to be hard. since good, even decent, components need an amp. if you could only get one thing, i'd get a 4ch amp and run that to the stock speakers. they'll sound better. i've heard the fronts sound much better with some power to them.
as for the 2 or 3 way rears. no point getting 3 way rears. 2 way is fine. i mean, you don't need tons of highs from the rear. first that 2nd tweet requires more power, second you lose a lot the highs anyway, third you just need midbass and some highs from the rears. most of the voices and stuff should come from the front. your important speakers.
good speakers for fronts, shop around see what you like. a lot of fronts are really high pitched and bright sounding. i think most mb quarts are. jls are much more midbass to them but aren't as clear. not a bad choice in that price range though.
i'd just do a 4ch amp with maybe jl xr fronts and vr coaxial rears. a jl 300/4 would be a good choice. you could buy this setup online for probably 700. but then wiring and stuff you're probably at 800, which is twice what you want to spend.
maybe a cheap amp like kenwood or something probaby 150 or so, with maybe polk components and coaxials?
just know that changing just speakers and no amp will have NO bass since there's no power. the more power you get from the amp the more mids and bass you'll get. even if you just stick with stock speakers. you could also just get new fronts, leave stock rears and amp all 4. this could be a nicer setup and save money on rears to get better fronts. thats definately what i'd do on a budget.

Would you happen to know where the cheapest place to get the xr563-cs ... and I already have a Fosgate 150 amp at home but haven't had a chance to install it yet.

well first let me ask you how the hell you're installing three ways so i can do it too. hehehe. i want to do kick panels but they're so expensive. i've seen the 3way jls for under 400. check ebay from time to time for someone who has em brand new that has a rating in the thousands with few bad feedbacks.
