what exactly what part of the exhaust is this?iv heard plently of times people saying to get the magnaflow resonator for some gains,and it makes it sound better to.is this true?thanx

its the part that go right after the CAT, in the mid pipe, before the axle. Some people are running custom exhaust, meaning they get a real CAT back exhaust system, and they replace the stock resonator for the magnaflow b/c it sound & flow better. Hope this help.

ok coo yeah that help out alot.any pics by any chance?stock exhaust is not 2.5 right?if soo do most local exhaust shops caring ss piping,cus i want to match the ni axel back with ss cat back piping.

Check out his custom pipings. no our stock is not 2.5". Just call some muffler shop around and ask if they do custom Mandrel (i think that' how u spell it) bent and get some estimate prices. so all u need is a mid pipe after the cat that connect to the axle back exhaust. and ask if they have resonator too. If u take ur car there they'll point it out where its located at.

Get PPE mid-pipe. its 155, you can add the Magnaflow resonator in between. It should bolt directly to you N1 exhaust.

thanx alot guys really helped out.changing to the magnaflow res will it result in a raspy sound at all or will it make the exhaust system sound better?

where could i pick up a magnaflow res,i went to there site and i could not find one.is it a custom one off piece or no?and where could i get the PPE mid pipe ai went to there site also and i coudlnt find nothing,thanx for the help guys.
