today when I got home from a friends house, I left the car on in my driveway and cleaned the back real quick, listening closely I hear a few slight clinkings and clankings coming from my exhaust. I waited for a few hours later, and started my car again, it was gone. What would have been the cause? should I worry?

How long was the car running when you heard the noise?

what do you mean, from starting at my friends house till I reached home? or in my driveway? in my driveway was about 1 min

It might have just been cold and the clinging you heard what the metal reacting to the change in temperature. Other than that if you hear it again take it to Toyota. Dosen't sound to serious though.
